At first, I gave my delivery one star because I got the stickers but never ended up with the shirt, even though it said it was delivered. It took a little longer than the company said it would, but they ended up getting the shirt to me. The reason I am only giving it a three right now, and that is a generous three-I was going to give it a two, is because half the time when I scanned the barcode on the shirt or the stickers, the webpage doesn’t load properly. Sometimes it doesn’t do anything, but more often than not you hear the music playing, but there’s just a black screen. Like I said this is about half the time. Then it’s like what’s the point of buying the shirt and the stickers. Overall, I expected so much more from this company.

There was no delivery information provided until after the purchase was complete. That’s when I was informed that there was a 7-10 day delay on top of the standard delivery time. This information should have been provided upfront. I could have chosen a different product. I feel like this tactic was intentional and deceitful. My shirt did not arrive in time for the birthday party, causing me to have to mail it late and pay for extra shipping. I like your products and will continue to support you, just please add some clarity to your shipping times. I feel like that is pretty standard these days. Thank you.

It's hard to scan. Takes a while to get it to scan, and usually have to hold the shirt down, which a stranger wouldn't do. Love the idea though! Just wish it would scan easier while in a person
